Major Changes

Added Cultural Diplomacy options, which are a purely RP way to indicate how your realm feels about other realms. Find these on the Info page, under Local Information.
Gave the Ruler a place to change them on a revamped Diplomacy page, with various improvements including vastly reducing the chances of accidentally changing relations the wrong way.
The Hatred option has been removed due to causing too many frustrations. The "Loathing" Cultural Diplomacy option takes its place in indicating that you want to utterly destroy them.
New characters can now assign themselves to an army even if they have a Lord.
Population recovery in very depleted regions has been significantly accelerated.

Minor Changes

Mentions of the Mentoring Forum have been replaced with references to the #help channel on the Discord server.
Looting of temples & shrines is now better communicated to the relevant parties.
The Banker's display of regional food status includes an indication of total granary storage space per region.
Mentions of player soldiers committing rape have been removed from the Looting pages.

Bugfixes

Under certain circumstances, some tax gold that did not get distributed was being deleted instead of being held for next week.
