The townships around the city of Flowrestown make up the region of Flow. From the towns that border the city to the fishing towns along the cost all have ingrained in their culture the seasonal flower festivals. In every fallow field various blooms of all kinds spring up each season and fields of flowers are planted and harvested beside fields of grain.
The lordly estate, which governs the northern part of the region, is an hours ride away along the coast from the fortified town at the bottle neck of the peninsula. The town itself has high wooden walls and regulates all land movements into and out of the region. This central town is also home to the garrison and traders markets.
Fishing provides most of the food for the towns complemented by grains from the fields and dairy from cattle. The shellfish from the coast also offer unique dark blues and purples to add the the array of dyes and perfumes produced from the flowers. Outside of dyes and perfumes sold in the markets during the season festivals, Flow also has a thriving honey and candle industry from the bees it attracts.
