The fertile land of Winifael provides many crops to the region. Due to the shortened harvest periods due to the cooler climate, the farmers of Winifael have spent many generations working on "in ground" plants, such as potatoes, carrots, turnips and other root vegetables.
The scenery, undulating foothills of green and patches of deep forest, could be considered plain by some, but beautiful by others. The farmers have taken their knowledge of tuber growing and have expanded that to dahlias, lilies and tulips. A large Potato and Tulip Faire is held yearly in Winifael.
